Smoking is simply a behaviour. A behaviour which becomes persistent. The addictive mechanism in smoking is an associative one. You may associate positive feelings with smoking, and believe that if you were to stop smoking, these positive feelings may also stop. Perhaps you may believe that if you were to stop smoking, negative feelings may become harder to manage. 

Hypnotherapy with me will work to understand your motivations for smoking, in order to address these and possibly show you a path out of this habit. We will work together to understand your personal associations, and how we can change these to give you the strength and motivation to quit. 

Hypnotherapy will allow you to harness the power of your mind, to reach pleasantly fast results. Through the use of suggestive techniques, anchoring techniques, and visioning techniques, your reliance on nicotine will disappear. This will allow your body to heal with a healthier and less reliant future.
